About

A Rochester Hills Dryer Vent Company, Run by One Person Who Answers the Phone

No call center, no dispatch queue, no technician you've never spoken to showing up at your door.

The short version

Why dryer vents, and why only dryer vents

Full Cycle started in 2026 in Rochester Hills. Before this, our owner spent years leading property management for a large retail operation in Auburn Hills — managing vendors, running work orders, and learning exactly which contractors made the job easier and which ones became another thing to chase.

Dryer vents kept showing up as the maintenance item everybody knew about and nobody scheduled. It's cheap to service and genuinely dangerous to ignore, and it's almost always sold as an afterthought bolted onto an air duct pitch.

So that's the business. One trade. No upsell to services you didn't call about. If your air ducts need attention, we'll say so and point you somewhere — but we won't be the ones quoting it.

How we work

  • Price before the work. You approve a number before anything gets touched.
  • Proof, not promises. Before-and-after photos on every job, sent to your phone.
  • We show up in the window. Running behind means you get a call, not silence.
  • No fear selling. The fire risk is real, but if your vent is fine we'll tell you it's fine.
  • Insured. Certificate available any time you want to see it.

[Add certifications here as you earn them — CSIA C-DET is the recognized dryer exhaust credential and is worth having on this page.]

The name

Full Cycle

It's the laundry cycle, and it's also the promise: we handle the whole run, start to finish, not the three feet you can reach from behind the dryer. Same idea either way.

What you're actually buying

A safer house and a dryer that works

Packed lint plus trapped heat is how dryer fires start, and failure to clean is the leading cause of them. That's the serious half.

The everyday half is that a blocked vent makes your dryer run twice as long for the same load, wears out the appliance years early, and shows up on your energy bill every month you leave it.

One visit fixes both. See the full service list or check the service area map.

Straight answers

Ask us anything before you book

Not sure whether you need this yet? Describe what your dryer is doing and we'll tell you honestly whether it sounds like a vent problem or something else.

If it's the appliance rather than the duct, we'll say that too — there's no version of this where we take your money for work you didn't need.
